Sugra Ibrahim Gamawa
Sugra Ibrahim Gamawa is a Managing Consultant with
Luwa Consulting Ltd. She is a distinguished professional
with a background in Computer Science and a track
record of excellence in the Educational Sector. With roots
in Bauchi state, Sugra’s journey began at Jibril Aminu
Special Primary School and Federal Government College
Azare, both located in Bauchi. Her academic prowess led
her to graduate with honors from the University of Abuja.
Having served with the Nigerian National Petroleum
Corporation, Sugra’s experience is enriched by
contributions to prominent non-governmental
organizations. Noteworthy roles include positions
at Inspire Academy in Abuja, ASHA Model School
in Kano, and Kids Academy Nursery School in the
United Arab Emirates.
Senior Consultant
Victor Ivoke is a Senior Consultant with Luwa Consulting
Ltd, Abuja. A human resource management and consulting
firm with a bias for quality human capital development
Victor holds an HND in Mass Communication from the
Federal Polytechnic, Oko in Anambra, Post Graduate
Diploma in Public Administration. He also holds a
Certificate in Financial Journalism from the West
African Institute for Finance and Economic Management
[WAIFEM] Lagos since 2004. He bagged a Master’s
degree in Development from the University of Abuja and
finally, a PhD in Corporate Administration from Atlantic
Coast College in Daytona Beach, Florida USA. Victor is
widely traveled and has gained requisite industry-wide
experience over the years
Managing Consultant
Adamu Ibrahim
Adamu Ibrahim, PhD, is a Managing Consultant
with Luwa Consulting Ltd. He is an accomplished
Engineer and Energy Analyst with a strong academic
background and extensive experience in the energy
and sustainability sectors. A Doctor of Philosophy in
Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, he also
holds an MSc in Petroleum and Gas Engineering from
the University of Salford and a B.Eng. in Chemical
Engineering from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University.
Ibrahim has led groundbreaking R&D projects,
such as the development of a novel Wind Energy
Harvesting Device, and has overseen Wind Resource
Assessments for Glasgow and Edinburgh Airports.

Amina Ibrahim Gamawa
Amina Ibrahim Gamawa is a Managing
Consultant with Luwa Consulting Limited, Abuja.
She is responsible for planning, facilitating
and leading co-creation activities with clients/
customers, internal stakeholders and external
partners to create new strategies and services.
Amina Ibrahim Gamawa holds a Law Degree from the
University of Jos and a Postgraduate Diploma from
the London School of Journalism
